Building by the numbers means making sure that every day, every week and month you make a connection, share your presentation program or talk about the business opportunity with enough people so that you are assured recruiting and appointment success. According to industry standards, you can expect to sponsor about one new person into your team if you talk to about 10 people.

You may be wondering how you are going to bet in front of ten people every week, right? Hosting information meetings or presentations is a good way to talk to 15 to 20 people every week. This gradually becomes a word-of-mouth advertising campaign for your business.

If you did this and only had ten people at your presentations each week, by the end of the year you would have talked to 520 people! If you look back at the statistics, that is 52 new, quality people added to your team. How long would it take to become the top leader in your company?
